zing bars affiliate program terms & conditions

program overview

the zing bars affiliate program allows approved affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand advocates to promote zing bars products, earn commissions on qualifying sales, and collaborate with zing bars through authentic content creation and brand partnerships.

by applying to and participating in the zing bars affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

eligibility

to participate in the program, applicants must:

• be at least 18 years of age.
• provide accurate application information.
• maintain active social media accounts or other approved promotional channels.
• comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

zing bars reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any participant from the program at its sole discretion.

commissions

approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their assigned affiliate links or discount codes.

commission rates, promotional offers, and program benefits may be modified by zing bars at any time.

commissions will be tracked and paid through shopify collabs or another approved affiliate platform in accordance with that platform's payment schedule and policies. commissions are earned only on completed qualifying purchases. canceled orders, refunded purchases, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or other invalid sales are not eligible for commission.

fraudulent, deceptive, or self-generated purchases may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.

disclosure requirements

affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with zing bars when promoting products.

acceptable disclosures include:

• #ad
• #affiliate
• #zingpartner
• "zing bars sent me these products."
• "i earn a commission from purchases made through my link."

disclosures should be clear, visible, and easily understood by consumers. affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable federal trade commission (ftc) endorsement guidelines and any other applicable advertising regulations.

content guidelines

affiliates may not:

• make false or misleading claims about zing bars products.
• make medical, disease treatment, prevention, or cure claims.
• make weight-loss claims.
• misrepresent their relationship with zing bars.
• engage in deceptive marketing practices.

zing bars reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not comply with these guidelines.

prohibited activities

affiliates may not:

• purchase products through their own affiliate links or discount codes to earn commissions.
• post affiliate codes or links on coupon, cashback, or deal websites without written approval.
• bid on or impersonate the zing bars brand in paid search advertising without written permission.
• create fake referrals, fraudulent accounts, or misleading promotions.
• engage in spam or other deceptive marketing practices.

content usage rights

by participating in the zing bars affiliate program and creating content featuring zing bars products, you grant zing bars a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and share such content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email marketing, retail, public relations, and other business purposes.

this license includes the right to use content in both organic and paid advertising and applies to content shared publicly or voluntarily submitted directly to zing bars, including original photo and video files.

affiliates retain ownership of their original content.

intellectual property

all zing bars trademarks, logos, product names, packaging, images, and other brand assets remain the exclusive property of zing bars. affiliates may use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting zing bars while participating in the affiliate program. brand assets may not be modified, misrepresented, or used in a manner that could damage or misrepresent the zing bars brand.

product samples

from time to time, zing bars may provide complimentary products to affiliates for review, content creation, or promotional purposes.

receipt of free products does not guarantee continued participation in the program or future product shipments.

termination

participation in the program is voluntary.

either the affiliate or zing bars may terminate participation in the program at any time and for any reason.

zing bars reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions related to fraudulent, deceptive, or non-compliant activity.

limitation of liability

zing bars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

governing law

these terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

modifications

zing bars reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions supplement the Zing Bars Website Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Zing Bars Affiliate Program.
