are zing bars allergen friendly?

yes! zing bars were created with allergen sensitivities in mind. all of our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and made entirely with all natural, plant-based ingredients. they are also non-GMO project verified and star-k kosher certified, ensuring they align with a variety of dietary preferences and needs, making them a suitable choice for the whole family.

are there any zing bars that do not contain nuts?

no, all zing bars contain an almond nut butter base. also, all of our products are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, and eggs.

how does zing avoid cross-contamination?

our manufacturing facility follows strict regulations and product safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMPs”) as defined and enforced by the U.S. FDA. these extensive safeguards help prevent cross-contamination and any other compromises to quality or safety. our production facility is also certified under the Safe Quality Food Institute’s food safety and quality standards, which are recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

are zing bars high in sugar?

no. most zing bars contain 8 to 9 grams of sugar—a benchmark in the nutrition community. the natural sweeteners we use are tapioca syrup and agave nectar, both low on the glycemic index, meaning they release slowly and provide sustained energy over several hours.

do your bars contain caffeine or stimulants?

our mocha bar is the only product that contains trace amounts of caffeine. the rest of our zing products come strain from the finest, most nutrient-dense ingredients possible. each bar’s balance of adequate protein, good carbs, and good fats provides natural, sustained energy that won’t spike your blood sugar. this way, you can keep going through your day with authentic focus and clarity, while feeling satisfied for hours.

what does v-label mean?

V-Label is the quality, transparency and professionalism in the field of vegan certification. Internationally recognized and guaranteed for the consumer, V-Label allows companies to promote their products with safety and reliability.

what is ‘glyphosate residue free’ certification?

Glyphosate Residue Free certification verifies that your product/s do not contain the World’s most used herbicide. To be certified Glyphosate Residue Free, your product/s must have no glyphosate residues down to government-recognized limits of detection (LODs) for food, commodity and supplement samples (usually 0.01 ppm), and lower levels than default government Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) in the European Union and Japan.

does zing offer free shipping?

yes! we offer free shipping on all subscription orders and one-time orders over $59. If you do not meet the free shipping threshold, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for one-time orders.

how long will it take for my order to ship?

to maintain the utmost quality and freshness of our products, orders are processed within 2 business days and ship Monday-Wednesday(average processing & delivery time is 5-7 days from order date).

will I receive tracking information for my order?

once your bars ship, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

what should I do if my zing bar seems to be an older formulation? can I request an exchange?

all zing bars are shipped with a freshness guarantee, ensuring they are at least 90 days away from expiration upon dispatch. due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. however, your satisfaction is our priority. if you have any questions about the quality or formulation of your zing bar, please contact us.

different formulations do not indicate older products or compromise our high standards. each zing bar is safe to consume before its expiration date, and we ensure that every bar, regardless of formulation update, meets our stringent criteria for quality and safety.

why do the ingredients and nutrition facts on my zing bar differ from what i saw on the website?

we're dedicated to enhancing our zing bars based on customer insights, leading to constant updates in formulations. these improvements can result in variations to ingredients and nutritional information. for the most accurate details, please refer to the packaging on the bar you received.

warm weather shipping

to maintain the utmost quality and freshness of our products, orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped monday-wednesday. the average processing and delivery time is 5-7 days from the order date. during warm weather months, our fulfillment team uses temperature-controlled shipping methods, including cold packs, to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

what should i do with the insulation i received with my package?

the insulation material you received is made of eco-friendly high-performance insulation, specifically earth friendly cotton/textile panels, which are encased in curbside recyclable ldpe (low-density polyethylene) with a 2" wall thickness. this ldpe material is categorized as recyclable under the recycling code number 2.

to dispose of the insulation material, we recommend the following options:

recycling: check with your local recycling guidelines and facilities to ensure they accept ldpe plastics. if they do, you can place the insulation in your curbside recycling bin for proper recycling.

reuse: if the insulation material is in good condition, you may consider reusing it for other purposes, such as packaging fragile items for shipping or storing items that require insulation.

local recycling programs: some communities or organizations offer specialized recycling programs for specific materials. you can inquire about any local programs that accept ldpe materials for recycling.

we understand that our current insulation method uses a lot of materials, and we've listened to our customers' feedback. we plan to transition to a more efficient warm weather shipping method that uses fewer materials. however, we need to use our remaining inventory before making this change.

do you ship internationally?

at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the contiguous U.S. please check back with us, as this could change in the future.

what is our subscribe & save deal?

subscribe and save allows you to receive automatic shipments of your favorite zing bar flavors at a discount of 20%, plus free shipping.

is there a minimum to subscribe & save?

you can place a subscription order for any number of bars or flavors. you will never be locked into your subscription order, and you can cancel at any time. three days prior to shipping, we will send out an email that allows you to modify your order on a recurring basis, if you wish to do so.

if i subscribe at a discounted rate, will the rate continue for the duration of my subscription?

no, the subscription renewal pricing is based on the current listed price on our website at the time of renewal. while subscribing during a sale or promotional event provides discounted pricing for the initial order, subsequent subscription renewals will be processed at the prevailing product prices. we recommend checking our website for the most up-to-date pricing information before your subscription renews.

when can i expect my subscribe & save to start?

your first order is automatically sent, and subsequent orders are sent at the frequency you chose at check out. options include 1-month to 3-month intervals. frequency can be adjusted at any time in your “Manage Subscriptions” section.

when will my credit card be charged?

the credit card that you have on file will be charged on the day you start your initial subscription order, then will be charged on the frequency that you selected. for example, if you place an order on February 28th for a monthly recurring subscription, then March 28th is the next time your card will be charged.

how do I adjust my subscribe & save subscription?

you can change/add flavors, update your credit card information, or adjust your ship date on your subscription by logging into your account. from there, click on manage subscriptions and choose the options you would like to modify. if you wish to update the flavor(s) you are receiving, please note that the day of your change will be the new date of your shipment. this only occurs on flavor changes, or if you adjusted your ship date.

how do i cancel my subscription?
